Adaptive Yoga:
A  chair yoga class specially
designed for people with MS. Building
strength, mobility and flexibility  with mantras,
pranayama and modified yoga poses.

Hatha Yoga: Relax, stretch, and let go.
Classical Hatha or “posture” yoga reconnects
you with the pleasures of movement and
sitting still. All levels of experience.

Happy Hour Yoga: Indulge in the ultimate yoga
experience. Soft lighting and music soothe the
soul and senses as you flow through various
poses. The serene setting allows you to slip
into a deep sense of peace and relaxation. A
great start to the weekend!

Meditation & Pranayama:  A variety of
meditation & breathing techniques such as
mudras, mantras, breathwork, candle an
guided meditation. Learn how to quiet the
mind and create a state of bliss.

Mom & Tot :
(ages 1-3) Enjoy and explore yoga
& Pilates poses with your tot through playful
dance, games and silly songs.

Mommy & Me: (ages six weeks to walking ) A
mix of Pilates core strengthening, Hatha yoga
and an infant massage. Please bring a carrier
such as a Baby Bjorn or Moby and your baby,
of course!

Pilates: Strengthen the “power house” or core
muscles to achieve leaner abs and increase
overall flexibility by mobilizing the spine.

Pre-natal Yoga:
This class utilizes meditation
and pranayama for child birth preparation, as
well as yoga poses for strength and flexibility.
Come prepared to clam your mind, and safely
build strength through a Sun Salutation
sequence geared for pregnant moms. You
must pre-register to start, but you can join the
class at anytime.

Restore & Renew:
A meditative yoga class,
students focus on steadiness and comfort,
honoring the bodies wisdom and cultivating
intuition. Class includes, mantras, mudras,
yoga postures, breath work and meditation to
cultivate balance and nourish peace within.
Open to all experience levels.

Tribal Belly dance:
Shimmy your way to a
shapely figure, this low-impact cardio workout
is a mix of African dance, American cabaret,  
traditional Egyptian and Turkish folk dancing.
Vinyasa Flow :This fun, dynamic flowing class
linking breath and movement, cultivate
awareness while building core strength and
flexibility. Basic yoga experience
recommended.
